Currently working as the sole Product Manager at MedTrans Go, a tech company in the healthcare industry. We are a two-sided B2B2C marketplace company that connect riders (patients) with Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) partners (drivers). I own, and execute the strategy for our core product to win the market.
As AI blurs the lines of product roles, I have enabled my role to be more than the traditional 'PM' role. My role sits at the intersection of Product - Design - Engineering, handling more end-to-end tasks like leading discovery, prototyping, and technical requirements, moving beyond silos to own the full product lifecycle especially for a complex and nuanced product like ours.
