2024 - Now
At BrightWave Digital, I spearheaded the development and launch of a comprehensive responsive design system. This system was adopted by multiple clients, resulting in improved brand consistency and a 25% increase in user retention across platforms. I also mentored junior designers and contributed to strategic planning sessions.
2022 - 2024
Completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (MBA) at Arizona State University, specializing in Strategy and Marketing. I ran the 'Healthcare' club and interned across multiple industries - Medical device manufacturing, Bio-Tech, Ice-cream manufacturing (yes - ice cream), and Education. I was also awarded a full ride dean's scholarship to pursue my MBA.
